Do not wait until you are perfect in order to love or allow yourself to be loved. Do not wait until you are perfect in order to accept others or allow others to accept yourself.

This is the huge lie of the devil, you see. Do you see it? The Evil One is very real.

Most people do not love others, simply because they fear the vulnerability of allowing their imperfect selves to be loved.

People don't necessarily want perfection, rather what people want is perfection in love.

Do not wait. Love now.

Love God. Love yourself. Love others.

Now.

This is the only way to truly grow, otherwise you will be forever stunted by your insecurity.

Will there be hurt? Of course, but it's part of process. Give into process, and you will eventually feel better/more whole. Suffering eventually gives way to increased capacity for life, increased capacity for desire. You learn there is something bigger and more wonderful than your self!

Do not cling to your wounds or they will remain infected (if not get worse). Allow them breathing room, so they can take their natural course and heal.

It's better to be imperfect and loved, rather than conscientious and fearful. Is not desire for love the reason for human conscientiousness in the first place? Is not vulnerability needed for there to be love? Too often we try to put love in a box, so we can control it! Do not be afraid. Let go. There will always be an heir of uncertainty, but this allows room for faith. Love only occurs in faith, and when love occurs fear is greatly overcome!

Essentially, regardless of level of suffering in one's life, NOTHING will ever replace the human void which God (alone) was meant to fill. God is not an option or a complement, HE IS A PRIORITY WHO WILL FILL ALL VOIDS IF SIMPLY ALLOWED (this is what I learned).

I fear this love reaction, just like you said I wouldCollapse )

Why do we sin?

Because we are sinners. It is who we are! Why are we sinners?

Because we have a void. Why do we have a void?

Because we were separated from God in the Garden of Eden. How do we fill the void?

Seek God, because He will fill all voids.

Seek God, because we are destined to transcend this current limited identity of ours! In such a miraculous process of transcendence, the image of God will be truly glorified! Through US!

SUCH LOVE!

What a wonderful destiny to look forward to!

Do not blame yourselves for your sin. You can try really really really hard to avoid sin (sometimes successfully), generally though you either fail or you become really compulsively rigid..

..or you can seek God, and grow with more ease.

All in the name of love! All in the name LOVE, who is GOD!

“The satisfied soul loathes the honeycomb, but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet.” -Proverbs 27:7
